If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not in its best condition, we’re here to make it right.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our food products, returns are accepted only in the following cases:

You received a damaged or defective item.

You received the wrong product from your order.
In these cases, you must notify us within 2 days of receiving your order via email at support@oziies.com or through our contact page. Please attach:

Your order number.
2. Return Conditions

Products must be returned in their original, unopened packaging.

Opened or partially consumed items cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
3. Refund Process
If approved, your refund will be issued through the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
If you paid by Cash on Delivery, you’ll receive your refund via bank transfer or voucher credit.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

Change of mind after purchase.

Products reported after the 2-day return window.

Items damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery.
All our products are labeled with clear storage and consumption instructions to ensure freshness and quality.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a replacement for a damaged or incorrect item, please follow the return procedure above. Once approved, we’ll dispatch your replacement at no additional cost.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated.
