At Oziie’s, we aim to deliver your dose of goodness as fresh and quickly as possible. Every order is carefully packed to preserve quality, taste, and freshness from our kitchen to your doorstep.
1. Delivery areas
We currently deliver to selected areas across Greater Cairo. We plan delivery around freshness and careful handling, so your Oziie’s arrives as it should.
Delivery in 60 minutes — covered areas
New Cairo, Al Rehab, 6th of October, Sheikh Zayed, Mohandessin, Dokki, Agouza, Zamalek, Giza Neighborhoods, Downtown Cairo, Garden City, Manial, Shubra, Imbaba, Warraq, Boulaq El Dakrour, Boulaq Abo El Ela, Rod El Farag, Abdeen, El Mounira, Sayeda Zeinab, Old Cairo, Ard El Lewa.
Heliopolis, Nasr City and Maadi — estimated delivery: 3 hours
These areas are covered for online orders. Estimated delivery time: 3 hours. Shipping fees are shown at checkout.
Madinaty — WhatsApp only
Madinaty orders are placed through WhatsApp only. Contact us on WhatsApp and our team will place your order for you, confirming your address, delivery fee and timing.
Outside current coverage?
We’re expanding carefully to protect freshness and quality. Request a delivery update on WhatsApp. Send your area and governorate to register your interest. Opening WhatsApp alone does not submit your request.
2. Delivery timing
Delivery in 60 minutes to the areas listed above. Estimated delivery to Heliopolis, Nasr City and Maadi is 3 hours. For Madinaty, our team confirms delivery timing through WhatsApp.
3. Shipping fees
For standard online orders, available shipping fees appear at checkout before payment. For manually arranged orders, our team will confirm the delivery fee before you order.

التوصيل متاح للمناطق دي للطلبات من الموقع. وقت التوصيل المتوقع: ٣ ساعات. تكلفة التوصيل بتظهر عند إتمام الطلب.
مدينتي — واتساب فقط
طلبات مدينتي عن طريق واتساب فقط. كلّمنا على واتساب وفريقنا هيعمل لك الأوردر ويأكد معاك العنوان وتكلفة التوصيل والميعاد.

توصيل خلال ٦٠ دقيقة للمناطق المذكورة فوق. وقت التوصيل المتوقع لمصر الجديدة ومدينة نصر والمعادي: ٣ ساعات. لطلبات مدينتي، فريقنا بيأكد الميعاد أثناء ترتيب الطلب على واتساب.
تكلفة التوصيل للطلبات العادية بتظهر عند إتمام الطلب قبل الدفع. للطلبات اللي بيتنسّق توصيلها يدويًا، فريقنا بيأكد التكلفة قبل ما تطلب.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an email or SMS update with your order details.
If you have any questions about your delivery status, contact us at support@oziies.com with your order number.
5. Delivery Process
Our delivery partners are trained to handle all Oziie’s products with care to maintain freshness and packaging integrity.
If you are not available to receive your order, our courier will contact you to reschedule delivery.
6. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please report it as soon as you receive your order and within 24 hours of delivery. Please share clear photos of the product and any damage, a photo or copy of your receipt or order confirmation, and your order number to document the issue and help us assist you.
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as outlined in our Refund Policy.
