Delivery takes 2–3 working days, depending on your location and order volume.

During weekends, public holidays, or promotional periods, delivery may take slightly longer — but we’ll always keep you informed.

Shipping fees vary based on your delivery area and will appear at checkout before you complete payment.
For some areas, free delivery may apply during special promotions or when you reach a certain order value.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please report it within 2 days of delivery with a clear photo and your order number.
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as outlined in our Refund Policy.
