1. General Information

Oziie’s is an Egypt-based brand offering wholesome, natural food products, including granola, nut butters, and healthy snack bites.

All products are crafted and produced for Oziie LLC for Food Industries and Services, located at Izar Mall, Palm Hills Road, 6th of October, Giza, Egypt. 

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase. If you are under 18, you may shop under the supervision of a parent or guardian who agrees to these Terms.

3. Product Information

We take great care to display accurate product descriptions, nutritional facts, and ingredient information. However, minor variations in color, texture, or packaging may occur due to natural ingredient differences or display settings.

All our products are:

  • 100% Natural

  • Preservative-Free

  • Produced in Egypt

Consumption and storage details are printed on every product label.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP), and include 14% VAT. We reserve the right to update prices without prior notice.

Accepted payment methods include:

  • Credit/Debit Cards

  • Bank Transfers

  • InstaPay

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

Your order will only be processed once payment is confirmed.

5. Orders & Availability

Orders are subject to product availability. If an item is out of stock after you place an order, we will notify you and either:

  • Offer a replacement, or

  • Provide a refund for the unavailable item.

We reserve the right to limit quantities of any product and to decline any order that appears fraudulent or incomplete.

6. Shipping

We currently deliver across Greater Cairo, Giza, and 6th of October through trusted delivery partners.

7. Returns & Refunds

We handle returns and refunds in line with our Refund Policy.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 2 days of delivery at support@oziies.com with your order number and product photo.


8. Intellectual Property

All content, including text, graphics, product photography, packaging designs, and logos, is the intellectual property of Oziie LLC for Food Industries and Services.
Reproduction or redistribution without written consent is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

Oziie’s is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the misuse or improper storage of products.
Please read and follow all storage and consumption instructions provided on the packaging.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Egyptian law.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of Cairo, Egypt.
